An Illustrated Guide to Knocking Out Viruses
To be expanded?
Last night, I worked up a short illustrated guide to some of the alternative methods that can fight off viral infections. And I learned something...
The last time I shared all this, someone said they hoped I got sued for suggesting HOCl steam as a possible therapy. Well, wouldn't you know, Viruses published an article earlier this fall saying exactly what we've been talking about here. It offers up HOCl steam as a promising respiratory therapy to reduce viral load. I'm glad people recommended it to me, and I'm glad I did all the research to validate it.
Once again, we were right.
Anyway...
It's reassuring to see this article as we tread through respiratory season (although you could say respiratory season runs all year now). With so many uncertainties, it's nice to have an extra layer of defense to work along with our other protections. So, here's the guide. If you think it's worth expanding to include some information about masks, air purifiers, and how the immune system works, let me know. I'm ultimately going to include all this in our guidebook. (New Cassandra here.)
